What's the difference between the reverse modes?
"Reverse Entire Text" flips everything backwards. "Reverse Each Word" only reverses letters within words. "Reverse Word Order" changes word sequence. "Upside Down Text" creates flipped text using special characters that appear upside down.
How does upside down text work?
Upside down text uses Unicode characters that visually resemble upside-down versions of regular letters. The text is also reversed so it reads correctly when flipped. Not all characters have upside-down equivalents, so some may remain unchanged.
Can I reverse text with special characters and emojis?
Yes, the tool works with Unicode characters including emojis, accented letters, and special symbols. However, upside-down mode only has mappings for basic Latin characters, so special characters may not flip in that mode.
What is the swap function for?
The swap function exchanges the input and output text, allowing you to quickly reverse the reversal or apply different reverse modes to already processed text. It's useful for experimenting with different effects.
Is reversed text searchable or indexable?
Reversed text is generally not searchable by search engines or text search functions since it doesn't form recognizable words. Use reversed text for creative purposes rather than content that needs to be found or indexed.
